Mr & Mrs Pap came to us looking for someone to complete their pergola, the plans and permits were already arranged and completed by themselves and they where classed as owner builders on the permit. We completed all construction works for them including arranging the required council inspections as part of the building permit. Works took approximatley 3 weeks to complete
